Providers

Providers are agencies or individuals who facilitate enrichment activities for our program. They provide unique skills and activities aimed at helping our students learn and grow as successful individuals.

Interested in being a provider? Start by determining what activity you'd like to provide. Request or download an RFP form, fill it out completely and turn it in to one of the program directors. Each session we review the RFP's and schedule programs.

Upon becoming a provider you will also need to fill out a service agreement form before you start your program.
